We expect to remain in the RED phase of the Colorado CDPHE Status Dial for the foreseeable future, but if counties shift PURPLE, Open Houses are prohibited per the 2nd Amended Order from 11/20/20. In RED, they are currently permitted when Real Estate and Public Health guidelines are followed with one household at a time.

On 11/02/20 Public Health Order 20-36 established a consistent dial to address various phases of activities and in its current iteration is titled COVID-19 DIAL. Order 20-36 was first amended on 11/17/20 to add new level PURPLE and shift RED down a level.
You can review Current and Updated Public Health Orders on the CDPHE website.
In the 11/17/20 first amend, Open Houses were expressly prohibited, and at the time - they were still correlated to Indoor Events which were also to be closed in level RED.
Order 20-36 was amended on 11/20/20 for the second time (at the same time level RED was to take effect) and the second amend then authorized limited Open Houses.
20-36 second amend p. 15 for level RED,“Individual real estate showings are authorized and open houses may operate with only one household in the property at a time.”
Real Estate Open Houses are prohibited if counties shift to PURPLE per the second amend of 20-36, and it is unclear if allowable real estate activities will be more defined.
