Here is what the Central Oklahoma Builders Association recommends to stay safe during tours:

While out exploring and visiting these homes, we respectfully encourage you follow these guidelines:

  • Wear a face mask or covering if you are in a municipalities that requires one while indoors. We strongly encourage you to wear a face covering at all parade homes.

  • Continue to practice social distancing while visiting our parade homes and adhere to group size limitations, if any such limitations are currently in place.

  • Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer prior to entering each parade home.

  • Keep the touching of surfaces (countertops, doorknobs, cabinet doors, etc.) to a minimum.

If guidelines issued by our local officials are currently in place at the start of the parade, we ask that you adhere to those recommendations while visiting parade homes. With an event that spans a number of local communities and municipalities all with varying degrees of guidelines, COHBA is doing our best to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our parade goers. We have issued our own guidelines to our parade builders to ensure each parade home is sanitized regularly and social distancing is monitored as necessary.
