Aligned Agent Academy | Week 3: Flow + Lead Generation

This six-week coaching program is designed to help real estate agents build a sustainable business that is in alignment with their personality and goals.

Agents will begin implementing proven strategies in mindset mastery, business planning, relationship-based lead generation, and buyer/seller systems. Each session provides high-impact strategies, actionable exercises, and accountability structures to support agents as they break down old habits, and reinforce new ones.

  • Leverage negotiation techniques that help their clients win—without feeling pushy or aggressive.

  • Systematize lead generation, follow-ups, and business tracking, so they’re building a pipeline that works for them, even when they’re not actively working.

  • Step into their confidence—knowing they have a solid plan, a repeatable process, and the ability to create a business that aligns with their lifestyle, not the other way around.
