Lee Jr. is an Oklahoma Certified General Appraiser #10024CGA. He joined Caesar Appraisal Service in 1987 and is a current Member of the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board having served in that capacity for 16 years with appointments from 3 different Oklahoma Governors.  He performs both commercial and residential valuation assignments and is an AQB Certified National USPAP Instructor.
