This course is designed to assist REALTORS® with the basic understanding of the financing process on a residential mortgage loan.  It is based on the instructor’s 26 years of professional career experiences, knowledge and expertise.  Le Tran is currently the AVP of Mortgage Underwriting and Education at WEOKIE Federal Credit Union.  She also serves on the Board of the Credit Union Real Estate Network (Heartland CUREN) and Neighborhood Housing Services.
