When the market is hot the buyer wants to make their offer stand out.  Many times they want to write a “love letter” to the seller in an effort to convince them that the buyer is the ideal person to carry on the traditions and memories already attached to the home.  While these letters are legal are the practical?  They have the potential for a Fair Housing violation!  Are they worth using?
