The Global Real Estate: Local Market CIPS course is one of the two core courses required for U.S. real estate professionals to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.

This course introduces real estate professionals to the tools needed to present investment information to international clients.

  • Adapt your core real estate skills and knowledge base to serve the global market.

  • Derive maximum professional benefit from business and personal interactions. 

  • Build up a network of contacts that can lead to referral business.

Handouts will be provided electronically 2 days before the class date.

This course is scheduled for two days. Attendees must participate on both days to qualify for CE credit and to earn the CIPS designation.
