“There is a dirty word in Real Estate do you know what it is?  It starts with “Co” and ends with “mingling”.  One of our many responsibilities as Oklahoma Real Estate licensees is the proper handling of other people’s money.  If we do it properly is no problem but if we do it wrong at best, we’ll cause ourselves great stress and at worst, we’ll lose our license.  It’s good to know, review, and practice the proper procedure often. It’s worth an hour to review the process.
