ReColorado: Keep in Touch with Past, Present + Future Clients

REcolorado offers tools to build a reliable and profitable pipeline. REcolorado tools allow agents to consistently introduce themselves, provide value and services, establish themselves as the go-to-real-estate expert, and maintain these relationships.
This class will explore how Matrix, Homes Connect, and eProperty Watch can aid one in achieving these goals. Students will learn how to quickly update saved search/auto email criteria to match the changing needs of clients, create multiple portals for one client, organize information around a market area and leverage carts in Matrix. This class also presents considerations regarding uses for the Client Portal beyond just a buyer tool. Students will learn to manage contacts and to preview, personalize, and schedule, email drip campaigns, newsletters, and market updates in Homes Connect and eProperty Watch.
