This is a brief overview of the 5 major types of home mortgages used to buy houses today; FHA, VA, HUD-184, RD, and Conventional loans.

We will spend about 10 minutes reviewing each type of mortgage and the loan’s features, down payments required, & pertinent facts of each loan. You will also receive a mortgage page of facts to use in your daily work with customers. Please RSVP to OKCMAR because seating is limited.

Come a little early for lasagna! And if you choose bring an optional clothing gift of winter pajamas, a duffel bag (or small rolling suitcase) or new shoes to give to Citizens Caring for Children (this goes to foster children in our area). Sizes can range from newborns to 18 years old.
