Attendance in both 90 minute sessions is required and is limited to 15 real estate agents.

July 2nd: In Part 1 Tori will introduce us to the idea of White Homework for Real Estate Agents. In the first week Tori will guide us through how to research our own personal connection to racism and the history of racism in our own towns and communities. The focus will be on how to find answers to questions about how racism and segregation have played out in our communities.

July 9th: In part 2 we return after doing our homework to learn how to process what we discovered and how to create a PERSONAL plan for antiracist action for ourselves in our own communities. Antiracist work is NOT one size fits all and this two part intensive will help us identify where and how we can begin to work in our own communities.
