Hey Real Estate New Kid…you need to know all of this.

Whether you are studying for your Real Estate exams, thinking about getting your Real Estate license, or just a few transactions into your Colorado Real Estate career, there are so many things that you need to know to be successful, compliant and happy while selling property — so many things that you didn’t, or won’t, learn in Real Estate school.

We’re here for you.

In 2020 we are launching a consistent 8-week New Kids Class Cycle that will repeat throughout the year. Jump in anytime, and if you miss a class, don’t worry, you can catch it during the next cycle. 1st Cycle starts January 7th, and classes will be every Tuesday at 10am, locations vary, click for details.

We’ll attend an actual inspection while learning what inspectors are looking for, how to write an inspection objection, and how to negotiate needed repairs and credits.

Title Insurance 101/Mock Closing

This class will explain what title insurance is + how it is ordered, priced and delivered. Representatives from a local title company will also go through the actual Closing process + answer any questions that you might have about this important piece of every transaction.

Lending 101/Mortgage Basics

Understanding the mortgage process, programs, and hurdles to help you sell more homes. You will learn about what it takes to obtain pre-approval, preventing surprises in the mortgage progress, and unique loan products that you can educate your clients about.

Creating Impactful CMA Packets

This is a hands-on workshop - bring your laptop! We will provide everything you need to put together effective prospecting packets that include a Comparative Market Analysis and strong Call to Action. Please bring a list of homes that you would like to create packets for. We will take completed packets created during class to the Post Office for you!!

Buyer + Listing Presentations

In this class you will learn how to put together a presentation appropriate for each type of situation, and we will go through the talking points and different options for actually presenting the material to potential clients.
