Every Friday at 10am, the entire team at West + Main Homes Colorado comes together in a virtual meeting room to learn, share, grow, and connect.
The Executive Team provides updates regarding the state of the local and national Real Estate industry, sometimes there are special industry guests or a panel of agents sharing lessons learned, success stories, or something else that the entire group can benefit from.
West + Main agents are also invited to nominate their favorite non-profit organization. All of the nominees are entered into a drawing, and a winner is randomly drawn at the end of our meeting to receive a $500 donation from West + Main on behalf of the agent who nominated them.

Doctors Care Clinic - Your Medical Home
Provides quality, affordable sick and well-care visits for children and young adults up to age 50 who may be seen by a physician assistant, nurse practitioner or volunteer physician. The clinic provides needed well and sick-care, immunizations, mental health services and age-appropriate developmental screens. A behavioral health counselor is available for counseling appointments. Doctors Care also offers an on-site Dental Hygienist for oral hygiene exams and education, cleanings, x-rays, scaling & root planning, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
Doctors Care Advantage - Community-Based Health Access Program
Doctors Care Advantage is a community-based program designed to connect individuals to the care and resources they need through our network of primary care providers, specialists and healthcare resources.
Connection To Coverage - Your Link to Affordable Insurance
Helps individuals apply for Medicaid and subsidized insurance plans through the Connect for Health Colorado online marketplace. Doctors Care Certified Health Coverage Guide volunteers provide free, one-on-one assistance to help individuals understand their insurance options and apply for Medicaid, tax-credits for private plans, or obtain other financial assistance in getting coverage. Doctors Care is a Connect for Health Colorado Assistance Site and a Certified Medicaid Application Assistance Site.
Heath Navigation - Solutions to Better Health
Services help individuals overcome barriers to accessing health care and solve problems that may be preventing them from living a healthy lifestyle. Health Navigators, all of whom are volunteers trained and supported by program staff, help patients understand their insurance coverage, get connected to social services, and become more self-sufficient in managing their own health care needs.
