Artist Statement:

I create expressive florals and abstract paintings using acrylic paint. I'm drawn to movement and colors found in nature.

A lyrical energy is translated onto my work from listening to music while I create. Standing on my feet, moving my body to the beat, channeling certain emotions all contribute to my style. With my intuitive technique, I paint without inhibitions, letting my paintings develop organically layer after layer. I strive for my work to carry positive energy that will influence their surroundings. My hope is for the viewer to forget about their troubles and simply immerse themselves in brushstrokes.
