Due to the pandemic, Fleur Decor pivoted to everyday floral design and delivery. Fleur Decor takes pride in making floral designs a work of art through use of texture and color.

My name is Kristi, and I am the Owner and Master Designer of Fleur Decor!
I am a proud Colorado native: our state flower is the Columbine, state animal is the bighorn sheep, and the state flag colors represent our blue skies, white snow-capped mountains, yellow of the sunshine and red of our soil.
My passion is people—each of us has a story, thus there are many things we can learn from one another. Almost all of my clients become my friends and I love the excitement of following them through the most wonderful times of their lives.
Fleur Décor bloomed as a business over fifteen years ago with a focus in designing bouquets and flower arrangements for weddings and special events.
Fleur Décor is proud to be a green and eco-friendly company by utilizing recycled glassware, composting all trimmings and floral scraps, and purchasing flowers from local growers.
What are you known for?
Fleur Decor is known for an exclusive campaign I created called “Make Someone’s Monday”. I redesign florals from weekend events into donated vases and take nominations for deserving people in the community to receive these complimentary bouquets.
What are you working on right now?
Currently, I am working on a Valentine’s Day pop-up shop with a neighborhood liquor store to partner with them to bundle florals with wine to celebrate the ones we love on Valentine’s Day.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
The best piece of advice I have gotten is that the past has passed and the present is a present (gift), so I cherish every day as a gift with the morning as the unwrapping of the day, daylight hours as the time to make things happen and the night as a time to reflect on the gift of the day.
Where do you find your inspiration?
I find inspiration in nature and also in the personalities of my clients. Nature provides and array of colors, moods and movement that can all be incorporated into floral design. It is important to me to emanate the personalities of my clients into their floral design.
What are your favorite pieces of life, outside of work?
Outside of work I like to maintain a healthy outdoors lifestyle from walks with my pup, Kaila, to golf to hiking to skiing to running.
