Exciting news! West + Main Homes is opening a new office location in Downtown Littleton!
Our new Littleton location is a prime place for our agents, clients and friends to meet, and we are so exciting to be a part of the vibrant downtown community. We especially love that our new address is on West Main Street!

A little about Downtown Littleton…
Historic Downtown Littleton has a charm all its own, from historic architecture and boutique shopping to a rich and diverse mix of restaurants, breweries, personal care and service businesses. Only nine miles south of downtown Denver, downtown Littleton is accessible by public transit and by car. The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street at the corner of Prince and Alamo. RTD bus lines make stops at the Downtown Littleton Station. On-street parking is available as well some private lots for many merchants.
The Historic Downtown Littleton Merchants Association has hosted Weekends on Main throughout 2020 in an effort to promote local restaurants. Main Street has been closed to cars to allow for outside dining in the street due to social-distancing requirements. Over 10 local restaurants and businesses participated this fall!
“We’ve had Historic Downtown Littleton on our radar for a storefront for a while, but never found a space that felt like home,” said West + Main CMO Madeline Linder. “We were touring other locations when the Available sign went up in the window...we walked in and knew we’d found it!”

The Chocolate Therapist - This unique chocolate, wine and coffee shop creates delectable sweets on site. With an emphasis on small batch production, local and organic ingredients, this shop is the first stop for chocolate lovers and health fanatics alike. The shop sells chocolates, serves baked goods and coffee and offers weekly wine + chocolate pairing classes.
nook Coffee - This local coffee shop serves coffee, fresh juice, sandwiches, pastries and salads. They offer online ordering as well.
Curd's Cheese - After you stop for coffee, browse the generous cheese selection of curated cheese at Curd’s. They offer pre-made and build your own cheeseboards along with new online ordering and gift cards!
Zoey’s Place Natural Pet Market - Zoey’s is an independent pet store with high quality natural pet foods, treats, supplements and of course toys! With a wide selection of Made in Colorado pet products and gifts for your pet loving friends, Zoey’s Place is a one stop shop. Currently offering curbside pickup, phone orders and limited in store shopping.
Willow + Tulaire - A downtown staple, this art and design shop has goodies for everyone. They specialize in Artful clothing, gifts and home goods with an emphasis on Colorado made art.
