Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions!
What is the Parade of Homes?
The Parade of Homes is central Oklahoma's favorite metro-wide open house event. For two weekends in mid-October, visitors are welcome to visit nearly 100 new homes in developing neighborhoods from Edmond to Moore, Yukon to Midwest City, and everywhere in between. The Parade of Homes OK is hosted by the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association.
What time will the homes be open to the public?
Homes will be open from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. each day.
Why are some of the homes not complete yet?
With challenges like supply chain delays, material shortages, and more recently, Oklahoma weather, some builders are still waiting for those last few items and materials to arrive to complete their home. Are you looking to build a new home but don’t want to completely start from scratch? Jump on one of the not-yet-completed homes and pick your own finishes – like flooring, paint color, plumbing and light fixtures, and more – to make your new home purchase truly your dream home!
Where can I get a map of the homes?
You can view a map of the Parade homes by clicking the "Map" tab in the bar located at the top of the page.
Maps are also included in the printed Parade of Homes publication available at any OnCue location in the OKC Metro beginning the week of October 11.
Are the homes for sale?
Many of the homes are for sale or can be custom built. Please contact the builder for more information.
