This residential development plans to bring back old world style, utilizing an abundance of brick and steel on the exterior. The units that will range from 855 sq ft to 1300 sq ft, one and two story coach homes. The majority of the townhomes have a separate outside entrance, and all offer private outdoor space, from private rooftop decks to private enclosed balconies and patios. The coach homes have a unique look and feel from the minute you see them. Set back from the street, you are greeted with beautiful landscaping, instead of the typical design currently found in the area, of having little or no green space. The open floors plans are ideal for entertaining and working from home.
