Birdie's Fried Chicken should be open before summer, but when it lands at 2201 NW 150th St., it will have company on the Korean fried chicken front.
BB.Q Chicken, 2424 NW 150th St., a chain founded in Korea in 1995, will arrive as early as the end of March just across the street. BB.Q Chicken is a fast-casual concept, featuring a drive-through window and a variety of Korean-style fried chicken flavors and cuisine.
Birdie's will specialize in Korean friedchicken,too, but will do so in a full-service settingwith wines on tap and full cocktail bar.
