Buyers and sellers alike are concerned with protecting their largest financial asset, which is typically their home.
When markets shift or uncertainty is at play many times consumers try to tie the changes to an event in the past. In this case, many homeowners or prospective buyers dial their memory back to the housing and financial crisis of 2008.
The purpose of this presentation is to take a dive into the data that drives the real estate market and clarify that this market post COVID is significantly stronger and may actually be the light that brings the economy out of a potential recession. We will discuss the current market, set appropriate expectations as to what types of offers are being accepted and how much negotiating power exists right now in 2020.
Bring all of your questions, Megan will make sure to leave plenty of time for Q + A!
